Callaway Golf wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from CallawayGolfPreOwned.com. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, and it has not been hit or played, you may return it within 15 days from shipment for a full refund of the product price.
This does NOT include shipping, handling, or any customization charges that may have been assessed.
To qualify for a full refund:

The item must be returned in new and unused condition.

Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Must be complete with all parts and accessories intact.
Please note: If rewards points were used to purchase your items, the rewards points will be reimbursed to your rewards account first. The remaining balance will then be refunded to your method of payment.

Open the appropriate order and select the items* you would like to return and follow the prompts to begin the RMA process. 90-Day In Store Credit Buy-Back Guarantee*
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned will buy back any club for a fixed price* - determined at the original time of purchase - for an in-store credit. This is NOT a cash refund. The in-store credit is good toward the purchase of any other product sold by Callaway Golf Pre-Owned.

Callaway Golf Pre-Owned will buy back any club for a fixed price - determined at the original time of purchase for credit to the purchasing credit card when the return is accompanied by another Callaway Golf Pre-Owned purchase of equal or greater value.

*Buy Back refunds and in store credits will not include a return of sales tax charged on your original order. A Buy Back is not considered a return, and will be seen as a sales tax exempt purchase by Callaway Golf Pre-Owned for re-sale.
Return Over 90 Days
If more than 90 days have passed since the original purchase, the item cannot be returned under the Buy-Back Guarantee. It will, however, be eligible for trade according to the rules for the Trade In! Trade Up! Program.
Terms and Condition for Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet Returns
We will authorize the buy back and determine the associated in-store credit you will receive based on the amount of time you have owned the club. You must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the club back to us (see Return Policy below).
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending the buy-back club(s) to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned. Returned items must be received within ten (10) days of issuing the RMA number to qualify for the "Buy Back" price quoted. If an item is received more than ten (10) days after the RMA number was issued, a new Buy-Back value will be assessed as of the day the item is received.
We only require that the clubs experience "normal" use and do not have any chips, dings, or pop-up marks as set out in our standard Trade In! Trade Up! Program. If there is structural damage to a club, or if there is any physical work done to a club (re-shaft, loft or lie tweak, length adjustment, etc.), the buy-back obligation will be voided. Re-gripping is always ok and will have no effect on the buy-back price.
Items ordered as a “set”, may not be returned as individual clubs. The return may be processed for the “set” only.
Returning Merchandise to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned
Please include the copy of your original invoice as well as the RMA number we provide so we can process your return as quickly as possible. The RMA number should be printed on the outside of the package used to send the returned merchandise back to us. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We also recommended purchasing insurance for all returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for loss or damages caused during return shipping.
Money Back/Buy-Back Credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from receipt of your club(s), pending inspection and approval of your return.
If there are any questions or adjustments to be made, we will contact you to discuss them before issuing payment. If a refund is applicable, the value will be remitted to you in the same form used to make your original purchase (i.e. credit card or check). If a refund cannot be made in the same form, a check will be issued and will be mailed to the billing address we have on file.
*Please note that returns, refunds and trade ins processed against Affirm payment plans may take up to 30 days to appear on your Affirm balance.
Return Shipping Charges
If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of Callaway Golf Pre-Owned, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's ECONOMY GROUND return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid:

We shipped you the incorrect club(s)

The club received was defective (and you have contacted us within 15 days of receipt)
Under no circumstances, will Callaway Golf Pre-Owned reimburse any expedited shipping charges for returned merchandise.
