For example, we guarantee that the condition of the club you get will match what was represented online. If you disagree, no problem. Send it back for a 100% refund of the purchase price. This does not include your initial shipping fees.

If, during the first 15 days following the receipt of the purchase, you wish to return any product in the exact condition that you received it (has not been hit or played with), a 100% refund will be given for the price you paid for the product.
Condition Disputes
If you feel that the club you received is not in the condition stated in our Condition Guide, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-200-4726.
We will set up a no charge exchange order and send you a free return shipping label*. Once we receive and inspect the disputed item, we will then ship your replacement order via UPS 2 Day Air**
If you need a replacement sooner, we can set up your return order for a full refund and process a new replacement order with free UPS 2 Day shipping. Once your return is processed the refund will go back to your initial payment method.

*Free return shipping labels not valid on international shipments or orders shipped to APO/FPO or U.S. Protectorate addresses. In these cases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer.
